The information must then be shared with police radio communication centers and relevant agencies to facilitate rapid verification and search efforts. Authorities are also required to determine whether the individual has previously been encountered, detained, or observed during police patrols or official operations.

 

In addition, investigators are instructed to accelerate evidence collection, conduct thorough inquiries, and exchange information with government agencies and related organizations. The objective is to improve the efficiency of locating missing persons, determining the circumstances surrounding their disappearance, and identifying unidentified bodies as quickly and accurately as possible.

 

The Royal Thai Police has also directed investigators to provide regular progress updates to those who filed the report and to the families of missing persons.
