The next-generation Figure 03 humanoid robots have achieved a landmark in autonomous logistics by completing a continuous 30-hour unmanned package-sorting operation from May 14–17. The live-streamed demonstration showcases the capabilities of humanoid robots in real-world industrial environments.

During the uninterrupted test, the fleet processed 45,000 parcels at 1.8 times the efficiency of human workers. A key innovation was the world’s first autonomous shift change, in which a robot with a low battery automatically handed over operations to a fully charged peer, ensuring continuous workflow without downtime. The robots, powered by the Helix-02 neural network, handled package recognition, barcode orientation, and conveyor placement entirely independently.
This milestone demonstrates the potential of humanoid robots to transform warehouse operations. By maintaining efficiency across extended periods and adapting to dynamic tasks without human supervision, these systems can address labor shortages, improve throughput, and enable around-the-clock logistics automation.
