Product Description
Flexible solar panels represent lightweight, slim photovoltaic modules tailored for fast-growing off-grid and mobile energy markets. Built with high-performance monocrystalline silicon cells, they deliver stable power and unique bendability to fit curved or irregular surfaces, unlocking installation sites inaccessible to conventional rigid panels. Suited for RV, marine, remote cabin and outdoor deployments, they feature simple adhesive mounting to cut installation costs. This product fills a market gap and provides a scalable, space-efficient clean energy solution with broad commercial application potential.
Key Advantages
1. Wide extreme-temperature adaptability:Stable power output from -25℃ to 60℃, fit for frigid and scorching zones.
2. Strong anti-corrosion capability:Salt-fog resistant, ideal for coastal and high-humidity scenarios with longer service life.
3. Integrated circuit protection:Reinforced diodes block reverse current, short-circuit and overvoltage, reducing failure risks.
4. Secure MC4 locking connectors:Industry-standard sealed plugs, pull-resistant for fast and reliable on-site wiring.

Business & Revenue Opportunities
The product can generate revenue through direct panel sales, project supply, system integration, and OEM/ODM services. Its wide range of applications also supports expansion into off-grid energy, mobile power, prefabricated buildings, and robotic systems, creating opportunities to serve different customer groups and develop scalable project-based and distribution business.
Market Opportunities
The growing demand for lightweight, flexible, and easy-to-install solar solutions is creating new opportunities beyond traditional rooftop installations. Flexible solar panels can be integrated into prefabricated buildings, container houses, RVs, boats, off-grid systems, agricultural facilities, mobile equipment, and robotic applications, providing access to markets where conventional glass panels are difficult to install or transport.
Installation Guidelines & Requirements
Installation Steps
1. Connect the solar controller and battery first.
2. Then connect the solar panels (response usually takes about 10 seconds).
3. The solar panels can be connected to output devices, or connect output devices from the battery.
Requirements
Position the solar panel facing south, tilted at 25–35° from horizontal for optimal solar irradiance. Avoid any obstructions in front of the panel; shading significantly cuts energy output.
Important:Full, unobstructed sunlight exposure is mandatory for maximum power generation.
