Product Overview
MF3119P is a 31-inch folding propeller system developed for firefighting and emergency rescue multirotor platforms, including blades and patented buffer clamp structure. Foldable design reduces storage volume for easy deployment on emergency vehicles. The whole system is designed for mission tolerance, prioritizing motor protection and minimizing loss caused by component failure.

Aerodynamic Stability for Turbulent Fire Site
Downward winglet tip suppresses tip vortex. Maintains steady thrust under thermal turbulence and mountain airflow. Higher payload with same power consumption, extend hover duration for airdrop and reduce return-to-base frequency.
Reinforced Fatigue-Resistant Hub for Frequent Heavy Sorties
Upgraded carbon composite formula with thickened root section. Optimized for cyclic load from repeated takeoff and heavy airdrop. Extend service life and reduce fracture risk during long-duration hover with payload, suitable for all-day multi-run rescue missions.
Dedicated Buffer Plate, Primary Protection Barrier
The buffer plate acts as a sacrificial shock absorber. During low-altitude collision, the plate deforms and dissipates impact force before it reaches the motor shaft. Low-cost prop parts absorb damage to save high-value motors and airframe, shorten on-site repair time and cut spare part cost.
Dual-Lock Damping Clamp, Anti-Loosening under Sustained Vibration
Aluminum shaft reduces blade abrasion. Dual-lock mechanism resists vibration and prevents thread loosening. Built-in wave spring shim provides damping to isolate vibration to airframe and flight controller. Remain locked reliably during long fire patrol and repeated landing, eliminate crash risk.
