Technical Introduction

The filtered arc vacuum coating technology (DCVA) uses arc discharge to ionize the target material under vacuum conditions, generating ions, electrons and particles. The particles are filtered through a magnetic field to clean them up, and 100% pure ions are deposited on the surface of the workpiece to form a mirror coating. The maximum coating area is 300 mm * 300 mm.
