The ND series Hall-effect linear controller is a high-end, high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor controller featuring outstanding quality, high efficiency, and intelligent features.
This controller is widely applicable to various vehicles driven by Hall-effect motors, including medium- and high-speed motorcycles with in-wheel and mid-mounted motors, as well as high-end electric tricycles.
The product utilizes imported, high-quality MOS chips, combined with a full metal shield and aluminum die-cast heat dissipation structure. Both the hardware architecture and software algorithms are precisely matched and deeply optimized to ensure stable and reliable performance.

Buzzer Alarm
The controller is equipped with a buzzer. When an alarm occurs, the buzzer will sound the corresponding alarm message.
1. Description of Buzzer Alarm Tone Frequency:
1.1 During normal startup, the buzzer will sound once and then stop.
1.2 If a long beep sounds, check whether the brake and accelerator pedals are active simultaneously.
This function can be used to check whether the brake and accelerator pedals are functioning properly: the buzzer sounds when both pedals are pressed simultaneously, and stops when either pedal is released.
1.3 If two short beeps and one long beep sound repeatedly, the controller is in self-learning mode and requires completion of the self-learning procedure.
1.4 If two short beeps, followed by a short pause, and then one short beep sound repeatedly, the controller program verification has failed and a program upgrade is required. 1.5 If there are four short beeps, one long beep, and five short beeps, repeating this cycle, it indicates that the updated program is incompatible with the controller. Please check that the program matches the model number on the controller label.
If not, find a matching program and try the update again.
1.6 If there are 1 to 15 beeps, determine the fault based on the number of beeps. The fault table is as follows:
