Comparison of output current between a motor under heavy load and a frequency converter of the same specification from a certain brand

The frequency converter of this brand utilizes a low-end single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip, which cannot utilize vector algorithms and results in a stepped output waveform. By utilizing a 32-bit high-speed DSP main control chip along with vector algorithms, we can observe a well-formed sine wave output waveform

Due to changes in load conditions, the output waveform of this inverter is quite poor, making it difficult to ensure motor efficiency. However, under the same harsh conditions, our inverter maintains a good output waveform, providing a very stable power source
