The TJ dry single piece electromagnetic brake is a single piece electromagnetic brake composed of a flange type magnetic yoke and a TJ-A type armature assembly. It is suitable for achieving braking, holding braking, high-frequency operation, inch positioning, micro motion, and buffering manufacturing. The main components include wire seat, armature, spring plate, and aluminum guide seat. It has the advantages of high response speed, simple structure, durability, easy installation, and no need to adjust gaps, and is widely used in the fields of printing machines, textile machines, packaging machines, lathes, and other industrial machinery or electromechanical equipment.
TJ-B2 Usage Example
Working principle of TJ dry single piece electromagnetic brake: When there is current passing through the magnetic coil of the electromagnetic brake, the electromagnetic force attracts the brake pad, and the brake disc is released using the brake pad. At this time, the transmission shaft runs or starts normally with the brake disc. When the current of the electromagnetic brake is cut off, the brake pads detach from the brake disc, producing friction torque between the brake disc, brake pads, and flange, and quickly stopping using the transmission shaft.
This type of single-chip electromagnetic brake can be installed at the input end of a cast iron worm gear reducer, or it can be installed in an integrated combination of an electric motor and a dry electromagnetic clutch brake combination.
TJ dry single piece electromagnetic brake is an electrified friction working automation equipment, which transmits torque through friction. therefore, when encountering insufficient torque of the electromagnetic brake during operation, its friction working condition can be checked first to see if there is excessive friction or damage to the friction surface.
