The robot autonomously adjusts spray width to ensure no
overlapping spraying,with seam thickness deviation less than
0.1mm. Through thousands of actual spraying experiments,
the optimal formula for overlap and spray width calculation
has been derived.
Product Features
This device is equipped with a high-precision IMU sensor. By continuously monitoring the spatial orientation of the nozzle, the system performs dynamic calibration and active adjustment to ensure the nozzle axis remains precisely perpendicular to the wall surface at a 90-degree angle throughout the operation. Simultaneously, integrated with a distance measurement module, the system maintains a stable distance between the nozzle and the wall surface within a predefined optimal range.
Equipped with a high-performance sprayer, it delivers consistent and stable spray pressure and material flow rate, fundamentally ensuring coating uniformity and operational smoothness while enhancing final results and construction efficiency.
Utilizing a medical-grade quad-axis robot with high-precision motion control ensures constant nozzle movement speed and precise trajectory, achieving millimeter-level repeatability to guarantee consistent and reliable spray treatment.
