MIM PK Precision Casting

Precision casting is currently the most widely used metal manufacturing process, and like MIM (Metal Injection Molding), it requires mold making.

However, MIM parts have a smooth and delicate surface after sintering, while precision-cast parts require heavy post-processing costs such as manual polishing and grinding after molding.

        The quantity and sophistication of production equipment are the foundation for production capacity and delivery time. We possess a top-tier domestic large-scale integrated debinding and sintering continuous furnace with a monthly production capacity of 1 million pieces, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality for large-volume orders. We also have 15 metal powder injection molding machines and 8 debinding and sintering furnaces, enabling flexible production of products of different materials and order quantities.
