Product Description

This series of 9g micro digital servos is specially designed for RC models, car models, drones and various remote-controlled toys. Adopting standardized PWM signal control, it supports precise angle adjustment and stable power output. All three servos share unified core specifications, with differences only in gear materials. The plastic gear variant is made of high-toughness engineering plastics, featuring low noise and cost-effectiveness, ideal for entry-level light-load scenarios. The metal helical gear variant boasts higher strength, excellent wear resistance and anti-stripping performance, catering to the high-frequency and heavy-load control needs of professional RC models. The semi-metal gear variant adopts a combined structure of plastic and powder metallurgy gears, balancing shock resistance and wear resistance, making it a cost-effective choice for mid-range applications. The entire series features compact size, easy installation and perfect compatibility with mainstream controllers.

Plastic gear version: High-toughness engineering plastic gears with smooth, burr-free surfaces; low friction/noise during operation; shock-resistant structure for daily light-load control tasks.

Metal helical gear version: Precision-machined metal helical gears with regular tooth profiles and tight meshing; excellent wear/anti-stripping performance; stable transmission even under high-frequency, heavy-load conditions.

Application Cases

This series of 9g digital servos delivers outstanding performance in various scenarios. The metal helical gear variant is installed on off-road remote-controlled cars, withstanding frequent steering on complex terrains without gear-stripping failures and ensuring sensitive control response. The semi-metal gear variant is used for angle adjustment of small drone gimbals, balancing lightweight design and stability to guarantee smooth aerial photography. The plastic gear variant is suitable for entry-level fixed-wing RC models, controlling the movement of tail wings and ailerons, and its low-noise and low-power consumption characteristics meet the daily training needs of beginners.
