MTS48100-2E
The MTS48100-2E servo controller is
designed for battery-powered applications
with DC 24V or DC 48V input supply.
It supports speed mode, torque mode,
four-quadrant operation,
and regenerative braking,
meeting customer requirements for
multiple control interfaces,
including CAN, RS232, 0–5V analog input,
and potentiometer control.
The MTS48100-2E is a high-performance dual-channel intelligent servo motor controller designed for low-voltage DC bus systems. Powered by a TI high-performance DSP and a 32-bit control architecture, it adopts a fully digital PMSM AC servo control system based on the SVPWM space vector modulation algorithm. This advanced control strategy delivers higher motor efficiency, faster dynamic response, and smooth, stable operation, achieving an overall system efficiency of up to 90%.
Supporting a wide DC input voltage range from 24V to 96V, the controller offers speed, position, and torque control modes, along with flexible independent or mixed dual-motor operation. With comprehensive protection functions, multiple communication interfaces, and LED status indication, the MTS48100-2E provides precise, reliable, and scalable motion control for demanding industrial and mobile applications.
