MTS48150-2E



MTS48150-2E is a high-performance dual-channel DC servo motor driver designed for low-voltage DC bus systems. It supports 48V ±10% input (optional 24V) and continuous currents of 80A per channel, with peak currents up to 150A (factory default), which can reach 250A.


The controller is compatible with permanent magnet synchronous servo motors (PMSM) and low-voltage AC servo motors, rated 48V, 1500–4000W. Utilizing speed, torque, and position control modes, it also features dual-motor independent or mixed operation, regenerative braking, and comprehensive protection functions. Multiple communication interfaces such as RS232, CAN, RC, and 0–5V analog input allow for flexible integration, parameter monitoring, and motor control, making it ideal for robots, AGVs, and intelligent equipment.

Integrated overcurrent, overload, over/under voltage, overtemperature, motor short-circuit, and blocking protections, along with LED fault indication and internal temperature monitoring, ensure safe and reliable operation.
