MTS48160-1E is an intelligent low-voltage 

brushless servo motor controller 

designed for single-motor control. 


It is powered by a high-performance 32-bit 

MCU and adopts advanced motion 

control algorithms. With support for 

external quadrature encoder feedback, 

the controller enables open-loop speed control, 

closed-loop speed control, and closed-loop torque control, 

delivering precise and stable motor operation.

MTS41601A is a high-performance DC servo motor driver (also known as a controller or amplifier) designed as a core component of precision servo systems. Similar in function to an inverter for AC motors, it provides precise control of servo motors through position, speed, and torque control, enabling high-accuracy motion and positioning in advanced transmission systems.

Built on a high-performance DSP with an intelligent PID motion control algorithm, the driver adopts SVPWM-based sine wave control and FOC (Field-Oriented Control) to ensure smooth motor operation, fast dynamic response, and low noise. It also features energy regeneration and complies with stringent three-proof protection requirementsdust-proof, moisture-proof, and salt spray-proof—for reliable operation in demanding environments.
