The setting of the small hole position function on controllers of different brands varies

So just looking at the color of the electric vehicle wire cannot determine which wire is responsible for each individual function

We provide installation instructions and videos. Please follow the instructions to find the wiring at the source for installation

Functional Line Description

1. Anti theft alarm

Gray: Low level lock motor

Green: Motor signal

Orange: Electric lock activated

Red and black: positive and negative poles of the power supply

2. Hall

Motor Hall, uniformly red, black, yellow, green, blue five fine lines

3. Cruise

Connect the button for patrol, short circuit to the negative pole for 10 seconds automatic cruise control

4. Reverse the car

Connect the front reversing switch or R, and reverse the speed to 15% of the forward speed

5. Switch three gears

Connect the high, medium, and low speed switches or S.D

Speed ratio: Orange to black (high), empty not connected (medium), gray to black (low)

If you don't connect the switch, you can directly connect the orange and black colors

6. One line communication

LCD instrument panel that can display both gear and speed (connect only one of these two wires, choose the one that is useful)

7. Code table

Connect to a pointer or LCD instrument that displays speed

8. Low brake

The brake switch has two wires, one connected to the negative pole of the power supply and the other connected to the low brake (the original controller label will indicate whether the brake level is high or low)

9. High brake

The original brake line is usually a yellow green line, and cars with 12V converters have high brakes

10. Throttle lever

The original car handlebars are usually in these three colors. If they are not available at the back, you need to open the front of the car to find them

11. Learning line

After connecting the 6 wires of the power motor power lock, inserting the learning wire can identify the voltage and motor parameters. After learning the positive transmission, unplug it

12. Electric door lock

Connect the front key control line, and when the key is turned on, apply the same voltage as the power supply to this line. The original car is usually yellow or red (slightly thicker than the thin line), and must be connected to be able to move
