Wiring method

Step.1 First, connect 3 wires to the motor (the motor wires do not have positive or negative poles and can be connected freely)
Connect the three wires of the motor, thick yellow, thick green, thick blue, and the three motor wires of the electric vehicle. Shake the rear wheel by hand to feel if there is any resistance. If there is no resistance, continue with the second step and check if the three motor wires are not connected properly. (Method for checking the quality of the motor: Connect the motor wires of the electric vehicle to each other. If there is resistance, it means the motor is good. If there is no resistance, it means there is a problem with the motor.).

STEP.2 Connect the positive and negative poles of the power supply and the lock wire of the power switch
The power cord of the controller, with thick red as the positive pole, thick black as the negative pole, and thin red as the power lock wire, should correspond to the positive and negative poles of your electric vehicle's power supply and power lock wire! (Be careful not to connect the positive and negative poles of the power supply in reverse, as it will burn the controller. If there is no power lock wire on the electric vehicle, you can short-circuit the power lock wire on the controller to the positive pole of the power supply.)

Step.3 Connect to the learning line
There is a pair of white learning cables on the controller. Insert the learning cables together, then plug in the power key, turn on the power, and check if the motor automatically rotates. To rotate forward, simply unplug the learning cable. To rotate backward, unplug the learning cable and re plug it to make it rotate forward. Then unplug the learning cable to complete the learning process (after this step is completed, if the motor automatically rotates, it proves that the controller is good, and if it does not rotate, it proves that the controller has a problem)

STEP.4 Connect Hall wire
Plug in the Hall wire, which has 5 wires per head. Attention: Hall has positive and negative poles. The positive pole of our controller's Hall wire is red, and the negative pole is black. As long as the positive and negative poles are good, it's okay for the other three wires to have different colors. Our controller is a brushless controller that can be used with or without Hall effect. However, if the Hall effect of the electric vehicle motor is broken, the following situations may occur: 1. Starting shaking and weakness, but it will be fine while riding; 2. The anti-theft alarm can be used, but the function of locking the motor cannot be used. The high-speed gear with 3 or 3 speeds cannot be used, but the low-speed gear can be used.

Step.5 Connect and transfer the cable
Find the control handle wire, red, green, and black. Red is the handle positive plate, black is the handle negative electrode, and green is the handle signal wire. Then look for the handle wire on the electric vehicle. Note that the handle wire on the electric vehicle must come out from inside the handle. If necessary, you can open the handle to identify the handle connector inside the electric vehicle, connect the handle connector, turn the handle, and see if the motor rotates. If there is no response when turning the handle at this time: 1. The positive and negative poles of the handle are not connected correctly;
2. The handle is broken, just replace it with a new one. (For friends who have a multimeter, you can use it to test the signal line of the handle and see if there is voltage output. Set the multimeter to voltage output state. Connect the red pointer of the multimeter to the green signal line of the handle, and connect the black pointer to the black ground wire of the handle to see if there is a voltage of 0-5V. There is no proof that the handle is broken.). Be sure to test with the controller and controller connected and the power turned on, otherwise it won't work.

Step.6 Connect the high and low battery brake cables
1. There is a separate yellow line for the high battery brake cable on the controller, as well as a white and black line for the low battery brake cable. High battery brakes and low battery brakes are distinguished by brake voltage. If the brake voltage is higher than 5V, high battery brakes are used, and if the brake voltage is lower than 5V, low battery brakes are used. The effect of high battery and low battery braking is to cut off the power when braking. First, identify the number of wires coming out of your brake lever, one connecting to the high battery brake and the other connecting to the low battery brake. If your car is a combination of a low battery brake and a turning brake, you need to pull out the white and black brakes of the low battery and connect them with the turning handle wire to achieve the effect of brake power-off. 2. Because EABS electronic brakes are built-in to the controller program, they only need to be powered off to produce an electronic braking effect. Electronic brakes generate a reverse force from the motor when the brake is powered off, sometimes with a "click click click" sound, which does not affect the motor. Please feel free to use them

STEP.7 Connect the instrument line
The instrument cable is a single thin green wire, suitable for pointer instruments. If it is a LCD instrument, please choose carefully as there may be mismatches.

Step.8 Connect the cruise line
Cruise control is divided into automatic cruise control (simply plug in the cruise line) and button cruise control (simply connect two wires from the button to the cruise line).

STEP.9 Connect anti-theft alarm function
The anti-theft function cable consists of two sets of wires: the anti-theft power supply and the anti-theft signal. Among them, the red and black lines for anti-theft electric drowning represent the positive and negative poles of the battery, respectively, while the red line for anti-theft signal is the lock line for the electric switch, the yellow line is the wheel movement signal line, and the blue line is the anti-theft signal line. Pay attention to different types of wires and do not connect them incorrectly!

STEP.10 Connect the reverse line
The reverse function is a closed circuit, which can be connected according to your own needs (please note that the 350W controller does not have a reverse function. If you need a reverse function, please make a note).
