Product Description
This product is a specialized rubber track designed for compact equipment, crafted from high-toughness, wear-resistant rubber. The track's outer surface features anti-slip protrusions and grooves to enhance traction on muddy and rugged terrain. The internal precision-meshing tooth structure ensures stable compatibility with the drive wheels of micro excavators, small agricultural machinery, and similar equipment. Combining tear resistance and wear resistance, it adapts to diverse complex operating environments, making it a practical accessory for small tracked equipment.
Product Features
| Wear-Resistant Durability High-toughness rubber construction resists tearing and wear, meeting long-term operational demands. |
Stable Traction Anti-slip surface patterns + raised structures prevent slipping on muddy or soft surfaces. |
|
| Wide Compatibility Internal precision-meshing teeth accommodate diverse tracked equipment like micro excavators and small agricultural machinery. |
Application
Micro Excavator Construction:
In narrow, muddy urban construction sites, micro excavators equipped with these rubber tracks maintain stable traction on slippery surfaces while withstanding abrasion from gravel and bricks. They enable precise operations like foundation excavation and pipe laying.
Field Cultivation Scenario:
In spring-plowed paddy fields or rain-softened vegetable plots, small track-mounted rotary tillers/seeders equipped with these tracks feature anti-slip grooves for enhanced traction and sink resistance. The soft rubber material prevents excessive soil compaction, enabling efficient completion of sowing, soil turning, and other field tasks.
Mountainous Terrain Applications:
For orchard slope maintenance or small-scale material transport in mountainous areas, small tracked equipment fitted with these wear-resistant rubber tracks navigates gravel and rugged terrain smoothly. Their strong grip and durability ensure sustained, efficient operation across complex landscapes.

Caterpillar Use the Matters Needing Attention
1.Avoid quick starting or turning the machine on sharp edged or projected ground.
2.Keep the surface of rubber away from oil or grease. Wipe off immediately while it is oil stained.
3.Avoid corrosion between rubber tracks and other components of the machine, especially on its inner circumference.
4.Do not use heavily worn driving wheel because it may damage the iron teeth of the rubber track.
5.If the machine is unused for a long time, the rubber track should be dismantled and cleaned of mud and other useless materials and kept indoors from direct sunlight and raindrops.
6.As it is rubber-made products, the rubber track would work well under the temperature between -25℃—55℃. However, special rubber may meet the special needs of customers.
Attention Rubber Track Tension
1. Basically you have to apply the specified rubber track tension of the machine manufacture.
2. The following tolerance specified by the rubber track producer must be adhered.
For Rubber Track Width | Tolerance |
180-250mm | 10-20mm |
260-300mm | 20-25mm |
320-400mm | 25-30mm |
420-500mm | 30-35mm |
Check the Rubber Track Tension
Practical approach:
1.Lift the machine off the floor (with the help of shied or bucket etc) so that the rubber track can sag freely.
2.Now measure the tolerance between the middle track roller and the rubber track. (Weekly Check!!!)
Rubber track Tolerance as "abovetable" mm
