High Torque Output
Torque range spans 0.16 kg·m to 148 kg·m. Gears are made of S45C high-quality carbon steel, while gear shafts utilize 20CrMoTi alloy steel. Through precision machining and heat treatment, higher torque capacity and transmission reliability are achieved

This product features an integrated motor housing, enclosing a precision transmission system composed of efficient helical teeth and helical gears. Key components are equipped with C&U (Renben) bearings to ensure smooth and durable transmission. The output shaft undergoes reinforcement treatment, delivering stable and robust torque output. Externally, the motor terminal box ensures safe and convenient wiring, complemented by long-lasting oil seals for enhanced protection. The entire unit is securely installed via base frame, offering a compact and reliable structure adaptable to various industrial environments. The motor nameplate clearly displays parameters for easy maintenance and selection.
