Product Description
This R/S/K/F series industrial helical gear reducer features a hardened helical gear transmission design. The gears undergo carburizing and quenching followed by precision grinding, delivering core advantages including high load capacity, low-noise operation, and high transmission efficiency (up to 96% or higher). Featuring a modular structure, it flexibly pairs with various motors and supports multiple mounting configurations (horizontal, vertical, flange-mounted, etc.) to meet diverse industrial installation requirements. The housing is constructed from high-strength cast iron for superior impact resistance, ensuring stable operation under heavy loads and harsh conditions. It serves as a core component in industrial transmission systems.
