Deep Groove Ball Bearing
Deep groove ball bearings belong to non separable bearings, with deep grooves on the inner and outer raceways, mainly used to withstand radial loads. However, when the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has a certain angular contact ball bearing performance and can withstand combined radial and axial loads. When the speed is high and thrust ball bearings are not suitable, they can also be used to withstand pure axial loads
1、 Open type deep groove ball bearings (as shown in Figure 1) do not have special requirements for installation and sealing, and are widely used in various types of machinery, including Z and 2Z types with dust covers on both sides (as shown in Figure 2); Single and double-sided non-contact sealing ring RZ, 2RZ type (as shown in Figure 3): Single and double-sided contact sealing ring RS, 2RS type (as shown in Figure 4). This type of bearing is manufactured with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease, and does not require cleaning or grease installation during installation. Lubricating grease has rust prevention and sealing properties. This type of bearing can be matched with various machinery, especially suitable for environments with poor environmental conditions that require the bearing to have its own sealing function.
