Precautions
一、 Important note: Regarding installation tilt/unevenness phenomenon
The bearing needs to be tilted and inserted from the bottom of the bearing seat, and then straightened to complete assembly.
Whether assembled by machine or manually, there may be slight tilting or unevenness of some bearings in the seat body, which is a normal phenomenon and not a product quality issue. If you are concerned about this phenomenon, please purchase with caution!
The outer ring of the zinc alloy outer spherical bearing seat is designed with an arc shape and has an automatic centering function. The bearing can be automatically centered by force and can be used normally without manual adjustment; If there is a precise requirement, it can be manually adjusted.
二、 Manual adjustment method (optional)
If manual adjustment is required, refer to the following steps for operation; You can also contact customer service for correction pictures/videos/guidance:
1. Place the screw on the protruding edge of the bearing, gently tap the top of the screw with a rubber hammer, and adjust the position of the bearing through indirect force.
2. After fixing the bearing seat, insert the shaft into the inner hole of the bearing and gently pry it in the desired direction until the bearing position is flat.
