Installation precautions
The quality of bearing installation will affect the accuracy, service life, and performance of the bearing
Therefore, during installation and use, pay attention to the following points.
●Whenever possible, design using standard specifications as much as possible;
●Please pay attention to whether there are any foreign objects on the surface during assembly;
●After use, the sliding surface may appear black or grayish black due to the oil film formed by solid lubricants. Please do not scrub and use as usual;
●Before assembly, if lubricating oil is applied to the grinding parts, it can shorten the running in period and facilitate mechanical operation;
●During assembly, it should be slowly pressed in, and knocking is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the bearings and causing deformation;
●During design, appropriate materials should be selected for different parts to improve mechanical performance and extend the service life of bearings;
●In high load and reciprocating motion, it is recommended to use screws for fixation;
●In freshwater, seawater, and offshore operations, it is recommended to use stainless steel or chrome plated surfaces for grinding shafts.
