1.If you do not know the model number, please provide the required output voltage (V), output current (A), or output power (W), along with the input voltage (e.g., 220V, 110V, 380V). Our customer service will recommend the appropriate model.
2. When the power supply is used for inductive loads such as motors or pumps (which require much higher starting power than rated), it is recommended to consult the motor or pump manufacturer to determine the required power supply capacity. For example, a 5A motor may draw 10A or more at startup; a 5A power supply would not be sufficient.
3. Model Number Explanation: The first letters represent the series name, which determines the looking and features. The middle number indicates the rated power (W). The last number indicates the DC output voltage (V). The rated current can be calculated as Current = Power / Voltage. Example: NDR-240-24 means NDR series, 240W rated power, 24V DC output. The rated current is approximately 240/24 = 10A.

Precautions
1.Select the appropriate power rating to extend the power supply lifespan. Please choose a product with a rated output power 30% higher than that of the electrical appliance. For example, for an appliance with 80% power, select a power supply with 100% power.
2.Due to the high working efficiency of switching power supplies, which can generally reach over 80%, when selecting the output current, you should accurately measure or calculate the maximum absorbed current of the electrical equipment.
3.Before powering on, check if the input and output leads are connected correctly to avoid damaging the equipment.
4.Power supplies with multiple outputs are generally divided into main and auxiliary outputs. The main output has better characteristics than the auxiliary output, and generally the one with a larger output current is the main output.
5.The power supply must not be installed in environments with flammable materials or where fire is likely to occur (such as wood products, plastics, cardboard, and other flammable items) to prevent fires.
