Installation Wiring,Done in 5 Steps.
Protection Board Wiring
1. Solder the harness: The 1st wire (black) of the harness connects to the battery total negative, the 2nd wire (red) connects to the positive of the first cell, the 3rd wire (red) connects to the positive of the second cell. And so on, connect all wires.
2. Check the harness: After connecting the harness, measure the voltage between adjacent wires from the connector end to confirm that the soldering sequence is correct and there are no mistakes or missing connections.
3. Connect the output wire: Connect the B- wire of the protection board to the battery total negative, fix the protection board, measure and confirm that the voltage between B- and P- of the protection board is correct, then insert the harness into the protection board.
After activating the protection board, confirm that the front voltage (battery voltage B+, B-) and the rear voltage (P+, P-) are consistent.
4. Plug in the NTC wire, connect the B+ wire to the positive terminal of the battery pack.
5. After completing the above wiring, the BMS can be awakened and work normally. Otherwise, please redo according to the above steps.
