Installation Steps (Example using Gen 5)
Step 1 Solder the Harness
Connect the 1st wire of the harness (black) to the battery total negative, Connect the 2nd wire (red) to the positive of the 1st cell, Connect the 3rd wire (red) to the positive of the 2nd cell... And so on, connect all wires; Note: Do not insert the harness into the protection board during soldering. Snap-in connector, stable and secure |

| Step 2 Test the Harness After connecting the harness, start from the connector end and measure the voltage between adjacent wires to confirm there are no soldering order errors, missing connections, etc.; A test board or wire sequence tester is more convenient. |
Step 3 Connect Output Wires Connect the protection board B- wire to the battery total negative, then connect the temperature sensor wire and sampling harness to the protection board. The protection board activates automatically. After activation, confirm that the pre-board voltage (battery voltage B+, B-) and post-board voltage (P+, P-) are consistent. |

Step 4 Connect Charger and Load Connect the protection board P- to the negative terminals of the charger and motor. Connect the lithium battery total positive to the positive terminals of the charger and load. | |

A Few Simple Steps, Complete Installation.

Protection Board Wiring
1. First, connect the protection board B- wire to the battery pack total negative;
2. Start connecting the harness: connect the thin black wire to B-, the 2nd wire to the positive of the 1st cell, then connect to the positive of each subsequent cell in order. Then insert the harness into the protection board. Connect B+ to the positive of the last cell;
3. After wiring, observe if the green indicator light works. Connect via Bluetooth APP or PC upper computer to check for fault alarms. Measure the B+, B- voltage and the P+, P- voltage. If they are the same, the protection board is working normally. Otherwise, repeat the steps above.
Disassembling the Protection Board
First, disconnect the load power switch and unplug the harness(es) (if there are two, unplug the high-voltage harness first, then the low-voltage one). Then disconnect P-. Finally, disconnect the power wire B-.
