Installation and Wiring

Protection Board Wiring
1. First connect the protection board B- wire to the battery pack total negative;
2. For the harness, start with the thin black wire connected to B-, then the second wire connects to the positive of the 1st cell, and so on for each cell's positive, then insert the harness into the protection board, and connect B+ to the last cell's positive;
3. After wiring, check if the green indicator light works, connect via Bluetooth APP or PC upper computer to see if there are any fault alarms, measure the battery B+ and B- voltage and compare with P+ and P- voltage; if they are the same, the protection board is working normally. Otherwise, redo the above steps.
Braking Module Wiring
1. After correctly connecting the BMS to the battery pack, load, and charging port, use the ZD- cable to connect the braking module to the braking resistor;
2. Use the P-/C cable to connect the braking module to the BMS or load's P-;
3. Plug the B+B- cable connector into the braking module's B+B- interface, then solder the B+B- wires to the battery pack's positive and negative terminals respectively;
4. Finally, use the BMS connection cable to connect the BMS to the braking module.
