FUSE: Slow-blow type products are recommended. When selecting the FUSE current, the impact of high-temperature derating and inrush current must be considered.

MOV: Metal Oxide Varistor. The MOV can be used in series with a fuse to prevent MOV failure. Two MOVs can also be connected in series to enhance reliability.

C0, C3: High-frequency electrolytic capacitors.

C1, C2: High-frequency multilayer ceramic capacitors or film capacitors.

LCM: Common-mode inductor. For specific models, please consult the sales staff.

Multiple Isolation Methods for Enhanced Safety

This product adopts two isolation methods between input and output to improve the safety factor of power supply operation.

1. Isolation Transformer (Galvanic Isolation)

The main function of the isolation transformer is to achieve complete electrical insulation between the primary (input) and secondary (output) sides, and to isolate the circuit loops. By floating the secondary side relative to ground, the earth capacitance current of the system is reduced to a level that cannot cause harm to the human body.Another critical role is to isolate dangerous voltages and protect personal safety.

2. Opto-Isolation (Optoelectronic Isolation)

The key advantages of opto-isolation include unidirectional signal transmission, complete electrical isolation between input and output, and no impact of output signals on the input side. It features strong anti-interference capability, stable operation, no moving contacts, long service life, and high transmission efficiency.In single-chip switching power supplies, a linear optocoupler can be used to form an optocoupler feedback circuit. By adjusting the current at the control terminal to change the duty cycle, precise voltage regulation is achieved.

Notice

1.It is generally recommended that the long-term operating power does not exceed 70–80% of the rated power to ensure better service life. Good ventilation is preferred; in poorly ventilated or enclosed environments, a larger power derating margin is required. Terminal-type power supplies should be mounted tightly against the metal casing of the equipment to maximize heat dissipation. Pin-type power supplies require effective ventilation for cooling. 

2.Please consider all factors and leave sufficient margin when selecting the power supply.

3.Please inform our customer service of the type of load or equipment connected to the power supply. If the load is inductive or capacitive, please specify clearly, as maximum current must be considered during power selection.

4.The application circuit is for reference only. Customers should make appropriate adjustments and verification based on their actual usage conditions.

5.Due to the specific nature of power supply products, it is recommended to purchase a few units for trial use before full deployment. Thoroughly test whether the power supply meets your requirements. For bulk orders, pricing is negotiable. As we are a self-developed manufacturer, we can offer discounts.

6.For terminal-type power supplies, the adapter base plate is not included by default. Customers requiring the base plate may specify this in their inquiry.Some power supply models do not feature input reverse polarity protection. Please ensure correct wiring during use, clearly identify the positive and negative terminals, and test with a multimeter first. Safety comes first.

7.It is normal for the power supply to generate heat during operation. Under standard conditions, a temperature rise of 20–30°C is perfectly normal. Do not judge the temperature by touch. The casing may become hot during operation and contact could cause burns.

8.For dual-output power supplies with a common ground, the outputs of both channels must be balanced. Failure to do so may result in output instability.

9.If the load is inductive or capacitive, please confirm the maximum current.
