Product Introduction


The infrared emitter tube of each sensor continuously emits infrared radiation. When the emitted infrared radiation is not reflected back or is reflected back but the intensity is not strong enough, the infrared receiver tube remains in the off state. At this time, the TTL output terminal of the module is at a high level, and the corresponding indicator diode remains in the off state; When the detected object appears within the detection range, the infrared rays are reflected back and the intensity is strong enough. The infrared receiver tube conducts, and the TTL output terminal of the module is at a low level, indicating that the diode is lit up.


Testing:

After powering on, use your fingers to cover each infrared sensor contact and check if the indicator light on the line inspection module changes on or off. If the on-off transition can occur normally, it means that the module can be used normally.


Adjustment:

When the sensor receives the reflected infrared light, the corresponding indicator light will light up, and this distance is the critical distance. The potentiometer corresponding to the infrared sensor can be rotated (adjusted) to adjust the size of this critical distance.

Precautions


1. When using this module, avoid direct sunlight on the probe. Light has an interference effect on modules.

2. Sensitivity adjustment should not be too high, as excessive sensitivity may cause false triggering.

3. At the critical value, there will be a slight brightness of the LED, which is an unactivated state. At this time, the output is at a high level.
