This module primarily works in conjunction with the XRbotLinkWiFi module, using the control software or a PS2 controller to control other robots (serial port only). Combined with a camera, it enables first-person perspective and control. PWM1 is reserved for servo motor 1 to control the servo motor below the camera gimbal. PWM2 is reserved for servo motor 2 to control the servo motor above the camera gimbal. |
Application Examples
Host Computer Usage
1. First, plug the hardware serial port forwarder board into the computer via the serial port 0 programming port. You can see CH340 (if this driver is not installed, you can install it automatically through Driver Genius).

2. Next, open the settings software and configure the serial port number to the port seen in step 1. The default baud rate is 9600. After setting, click the "Open Serial Port" button shown in the image below.

3. Next, change the data as shown in the image below. For example, change "Forward" to "5501". This means that when you control the forward movement through the app, the input will no longer be FF000100FF but 5501. Note that in HEX mode, only hexadecimal numbers can be entered in this box.

* Then click "Change". At this point, the host computer software will send a forward command, and the data output from serial port 0 will be 5501.
