Arduino, 51, and STM32 are three different platforms, mainly differing in their compilation environment and I/O port calls. It's recommended to choose a microcontroller you're familiar with to reduce development difficulty. If you have no development experience, Arduino is generally easier to learn than other microcontrollers. There's no inherent good or bad among microcontrollers; they all perform the same functions.
