Product Description
With optimizer Without optimizer
In robotic stations, unmanned systems, and off-grid deployments, power stability is critical. In traditional PV strings, one underperforming panel reduces the output of the entire system. This optimizer applies module-level MPPT to ensure each panel operates independently and efficiently, even under:
Partial shading
Orientation mismatch
Module inconsistency
Uneven aging
By dynamically adjusting voltage and current per module, it eliminates the “weakest-link” effect and ensures stable, high-efficiency power output.
Product Features
Module-level MPPT increases energy yield by 5–30%;

Installation Guide
For optimal performance in complex environments, it is recommended to deploy solar optimizers in systems with shading, module mismatch, or off-grid applications. Proper selection and installation help reduce string losses, improve overall energy yield, and ensure continuous power supply for robotic stations and critical equipment.
Selection Guide:
≥550W panels: choose 800W optimizer
300W–550W panels: choose 600W optimizer
Recommended for:
Robotic base stations
Unmanned systems
Off-grid installations
Distributed PV systems
Priority Installation:
Shaded modules
Adjacent panels to shaded modules
Not Recommended for:
Systems with no shading and uniform orientation
Low-power panels below 300W (limited performance improvement)
Working Principle
The optimizer is installed on each solar panel and uses an internal MPPT algorithm to track the maximum power point of each module in real time. It independently regulates voltage and current, preventing underperforming panels from reducing the output of the entire string, thereby improving overall system efficiency.
