Installation requirements:Within a diameter range of 25mm around the installation threaded hole, the end face roughness should be above RA1.6

Notes:
1. Please be sure to apply conductive silicone oil before each insertion
2. When pulling it out, pull it out straight and do not twist it left or right
3. Do not directly unplug the cable, the cable should avoid sharp angle bending
4. When using bulkhead joints, ensure that the joints are not subjected to tilting external forces
5. All joints must not be excessively exposed to heat sources or direct sunlight
Base installation method

1. Before installation, ensure that the contact parts of the connector are free of dust, oil stains, and other impurities. It is necessary to first process the flat or threaded holes of the installed holes, and the drilled holes should be clean and free of burrs. The roughness of the hole surface should be Ra1.6um. At the same time, check whether the connector is damaged or deformed;
2. Before installation, confirm whether the voltage, power, water pressure, and water temperature match the parameters of the connector;
3. When installing cabin penetrating components, the O-ring needs to be coated with silicone grease to ensure that it is in the O-ring groove and avoid squeezing and damaging the O-ring, which may cause water ingress into the cabin;
4. Confirm polarity: Before plugging or unplugging, confirm the male female correspondence of the connector to avoid incorrect connections;
5. Screw one end of the threaded part into the threaded hole, ensuring alignment with the threaded hole, and fasten the threaded part to the shell with nuts and washers. (Note: Recommended torque values for threaded installation.)

4. Locking and fixing: For connectors that need to be locked, ensure that the locking cap is tightened to prevent loosening due to water flow impact;
5. Straight insertion and removal: When inserting and removing, it should be done straight without bending the connector to avoid damaging the internal wires;

6. When using connectors, do not directly unplug the cable (hold the plug), do not bend the vulcanized area between the head and the cable for a long time, do not apply force to the waterproof head of the cable, and do not press heavy objects on the vulcanized area of the cable to prevent excessive bending and deformation. Excessive force can cause the welding point to fall off, resulting in virtual connection and affecting performance;

7. Cables should avoid sharp angle bending, and the bending radius should be a multiple of the cable diameter (the bending radius varies depending on the cable diameter, and the details depend on the cable specifications);
