Product Description

This integrated wastewater treatment system is specially designed for robotic base stations and autonomous systems.

It adopts advanced MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) technology, combining biological treatment with membrane filtration to deliver high-quality effluent, compact structure, and stable performance.

Ideal for unmanned, off-grid, and outdoor robotic deployments, it efficiently removes organic pollutants and suspended solids from cleaning, irrigation, and operational wastewater, enabling reliable water recycling for non-potable uses and ensuring long-term system sustainability.

Working Principle

The integrated wastewater treatment system combines physical, biological, and membrane filtration processes into a compact unit. Wastewater first undergoes pre-treatment to remove large particles, then enters the hydrolysis-acidification tank to improve biodegradability. In the biological tank, microorganisms decompose organic pollutants. The MBR membrane further separates contaminants, producing high-quality effluent, which is finally disinfected for safe discharge or reuse.

Treatment Process:

Influent → Pre-treatment → Hydrolysis Acidification → Biological Treatment → MBR Membrane → Disinfection → Reuse/Discharge
