Product Description

The SHD series features an ultra-flat design with 50% shorter axial length than HS series, integrating a high-rigidity cross roller bearing for direct external load support. Using ultra-fine ADI material, S-tooth profile, and special flexspline process, it achieves self-lubrication, low temperature rise, uniform tooth contact, and high durability with excellent torque capacity, rigidity, and accuracy.

Ultra-fine ADI Material
We develop ultra-fine ADI material from continuously cast hollow ductile iron profiles via isothermal quenching, featuring self-lubrication, low temperature rise, vibration/noise reduction, wide operating temperature range, and long service life.
Innovative S-shaped Tooth Profile Design
In collaboration with a university lab, we invented the S-shaped harmonic tooth profile design theory and developed simulation software for automatic S-curve generation based on kinematics, tribology, and lubrication.
Toughness Protection
Using electroslag remelting and repeated spinning, we enhance material stability to meet fatigue strength requirements, while ductile deformation under overload protects the mechanical structure from damage.
The Specialized Process for the Flexspline
We have innovated and developed a specialized finishing method for the flexspline following its deformation. This technique resolves issues related to uneven contact, ensuring full tooth-face engagement, uniform load distribution, and enhanced durability.
Harmonic Detection Laboratory
In collaboration with universities and government quality inspection bureaus, we have established the nation's first comprehensive testing platform for harmonic reducers, providing comprehensive quality assurance and experimental data to support R&D efforts.
