RS186 2Bar Flat Diaphragm Ceramic Piezoresistive Sensor Core
The RS186 temperature-compensated flat diaphragm ceramic pressure sensor core utilizes a refined alumina ceramic base, combined with a highly stable sensing material, and is manufactured through processes such as screen printing, high-temperature sintering, and laser trimming.
The RS186 has dimensions of φ18mm*6.17mm/φ18mm*3.17mm. Its unique circuit design significantly improves product reliability. The sensing element integrates a temperature compensation circuit, which is laser-etched, ensuring that the internal bridge temperature drift signal is close to zero (≤0.02% FS/℃) within the normal operating range (-20℃ to 85℃), greatly reducing the temperature compensation calibration work required during pressure sensor production.
Ceramic possesses excellent thermal stability and creep resistance, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 135℃, exhibiting excellent long-term stability.
The corrosion resistance of ceramic gives it significant advantages in refrigeration, chemical, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection fields, and it is gradually replacing common diffused silicon pressure sensors.
