The RS186A temperature-compensated flat diaphragm ceramic pressure sensor core is made of a refined alumina ceramic base, combined with a highly stable sensitive material, and is refined through processes such as screen printing, high-temperature sintering, and laser trimming.
The RS186A has dimensions of φ18mm*6.35mm, and its unique circuit design significantly improves product reliability. The sensing element integrates a temperature compensation circuit and is laser-etched, ensuring that the internal bridge temperature drift signal is close to zero (≤0.02% FS/℃) within the normal operating range (-20℃ to 85℃), greatly reducing the temperature compensation calibration work required during pressure sensor production.
Ceramics have good thermal stability and creep resistance, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃, and exhibit excellent long-term stability.
The corrosion resistance of ceramics gives them significant advantages in fields such as refrigeration, chemical industry, medicine and environmental protection, and they are gradually replacing common diffused silicon pressure sensors.
