The RS186 has dimensions of φ18mm*6.17mm, and its unique circuit design significantly improves product reliability. The sensing element integrates a temperature compensation circuit and is laser-etched, making the internal bridge temperature drift signal close to zero (≤0.02% FS/℃) within the normal operating range (-20℃ to 85℃), greatly reducing the temperature compensation calibration work required during pressure sensor production.

Ceramics have good thermal stability and creep resistance, with a working temperature range of -40℃ to 135℃, and exhibit excellent long-term stability.

The corrosion resistance of ceramics gives them significant advantages in fields such as refrigeration, chemical industry, medicine and environmental protection, and they are gradually replacing common diffused silicon pressure sensors.
