Flush Diaphragm Ceramic Current Output Sensor Module
Models RS18635MZI and RS18350MZI adopt a proprietary circuit design that greatly improves product reliability. The sensing element is embedded with an integrated temperature compensation circuit and processed by laser trimming. Within the standard operating temperature range of -20℃ to 85℃, the thermal drift of the internal Wheatstone bridge is nearly zero (≤0.02% FS/℃), which drastically reduces the temperature compensation and calibration workload during pressure sensor manufacturing.
Ceramic material boasts excellent thermal stability and creep resistance, supporting a wide operating temperature range from -40℃ to 150℃ with superior long-term stability.
Benefiting from ceramic’s outstanding corrosion resistance, these modules hold prominent advantages in refrigeration, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other industries, and are gradually replacing conventional diffused silicon pressure sensors. They are widely used for pressure measurement of media such as air, water and oil, and extensively applied in automotive equipment, air compressors, fire water pipelines, industrial machinery, household appliances and other fields.
