RS133 Samll Size Flush Diaphragm Piezoresistive Ceramic Pressure Sensor

The RS133 flush diaphragm ceramic pressure sensor is fabricated with high-purity refined alumina ceramic base paired with high-stability sensitive materials via screen printing, high-temperature sintering, laser trimming and other precision processes.

Available in two outline dimensions:φ13.5*3.(**)mm, it features a proprietary circuit design that greatly boosts product reliability. A built-in temperature compensation circuit is integrated inside the sensing element and calibrated by laser trimming. Within the standard operating temperature range of -20℃ to 85℃, the thermal drift of the internal Wheatstone bridge is nearly zero (≤0.02% FS/℃), drastically cutting down temperature compensation and calibration workload during downstream pressure sensor assembly.

Boasting outstanding thermal stability, creep resistance and mechanical rigidity, the alumina ceramic substrate enables a wide operating temperature range from -40℃ to 150℃. It exhibits minimal long-term drift under repeated high-low temperature cycling and delivers superior long-term measurement stability. The ceramic base features excellent resistance to acid, alkali and medium corrosion, compatible with refrigerants, chemical fluids, pharmaceutical liquids, wastewater and other corrosive media. It covers a broader medium compatibility range and offers a longer service life than conventional diffused silicon sensor cores.

Thanks to its exceptional corrosion resistance, this ceramic core holds prominent advantages in refrigeration, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other industries, gradually replacing mainstream diffused silicon pressure sensors.
