RS123M Flush Diaphragm Ceramic Piezoresistive Sensing Module

Application Scenarios: Designed for Pumps and Air Compressors 


The module's core size is 12x12x3.05mm. It adopts a refined alumina ceramic base combined with high-stability sensitive materials, precision-manufactured through processes such as screen printing, high-temperature sintering and laser trimming. A temperature compensation circuit is integrated inside the sensitive element, which is laser-trimmed to make the internal bridge temperature drift signal close to zero (≤0.02% FS/℃) within the normal operating range (-20℃ to 85℃), greatly reducing the temperature compensation calibration work required during pressure sensor production.


The external dimension of the module is φ18*6.35mm, which can replace the traditional monolithic φ18*6.35mm products and be seamlessly used with the original housing structure. Compared with traditional modules, it has stronger burst resistance and significantly improved overall performance.


Ceramics have excellent thermal stability and creep resistance, with an operating temperature range of up to -40℃ to 150℃, and exhibit outstanding long-term stability.


The corrosion resistance of ceramics gives it significant advantages in refrigeration, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields, and it is gradually replacing common diffused silicon pressure sensors.
