Temperature-Compensated Recessed Diaphragm Ceramic Piezoresistive Sensor Core

The CPS18635H series ceramic pressure sensor core utilizes refined alumina ceramic bases combined with high-stability sensitive materials, crafted through processes like screen printing, high-temperature sintering, and laser trimming.

The CPS18635H dimensions are φ18mm*6.35mm, and its unique circuit design significantly enhances product reliability. The sensitive component integrates a temperature compensation circuit, which is laser-trimmed to ensure that within the standard operating range (-20°C to 85°C), the internal bridge's temperature drift signal is nearly zero (≤0.02% FS/°C), substantially reducing the temperature compensation calibration work required during sensor production.

Ceramic materials offer excellent thermal stability and creep resistance, with an operating temperature range up to -40°C to 150°C, and they demonstrate exceptional long-term stability.

The corrosion resistance of ceramics provides significant advantages in fields like refrigeration, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection, gradually replacing common diffused silicon pressure sensors.
