Product Description

The product integrates Z-axis linear travel and R-axis rotary structures, with built-in modules including air circuits, vacuum monitoring, closed-loop pressure detection and pneumatic clamping.

Compact in size at a slim thickness of 11.8 mm and a light weight of 430 g, it delivers stable high-precision operation with a Z-axis positioning accuracy of ±1 μm and R-axis rotational accuracy of ±0.003°.
