Handling Fragile Components Flexibly
Voice coil actuators can provide precise linear and rotary movements. With soft landing functionality, they can touch delicate components with a force as low as 5g, protecting parts like chip packages. This is useful for assembling camera modules.
Measuring New Energy Battery Thickness
By setting the thrust and speed through a program, the actuator can gently press on a battery pack. Once the desired force is reached, it measures the position and outputs the battery pack thickness. The high stability and long-lasting high-frequency performance of voice coil actuators ensure long-term, efficient, precise, and stable testing.
3C Electronics Testing
With a highly integrated design and a minimum thickness of just 10mm, it offers force control accuracy of 5g and repeatable positioning accuracy of 2µm, ensuring stable and effective testing. It can be used for touch panel testing, keyboard testing, switch testing, and more.
Micro Electronic Component Assembly
The ±5g precise force control and soft landing of voice coil linear rotary actuators effectively prevent damage to components. The linear precision optical encoder provides micrometer level resolution, and the rotating 17 bit encoder accurately locates the positions of various components during the picking and placing process, preventing problems of position offset or overlap.
