The project includes a finished jar‑on‑tray conveyor, one heavy‑duty six‑axis industrial robot, one adaptive six‑finger gripper capable of simultaneously handling two jars, a jar‑tray conveyor with a buffer capacity for four trays, one forklift‑type AGV for automated tray handling, and one automated stacker for automatic inbound storage.





Heavy-load mobile handling project

The project features a composite handling robot comprising a four-axis palletizing industrial robot paired with a heavy-duty AGV. The robot's end-effector is equipped with an adaptive modular gripper and a 3D industrial camera, enabling precise localization of warehouse components and automated transfer of heavy parts onto the AGV.
