Three major components
| Heat treatment improves hardness and toughness. | Vulcanization treatment results in high elasticity and strong wear resistance. |

Flexible wheel: processed through heat treatment, surface hardening, quenching and tempering.

Steel wheel: Made of special steel, possessing high strength and high wear resistance; tempered and then subjected to low-temperature heat treatment to reduce brittleness and internal stress.

Crossed cylindrical roller bearings: These bearings feature a built-in cross arrangement of cylindrical rollers, providing high rotational accuracy and high load-bearing capacity.
