4. Cleanroom Compatibility
Special lubrication and sealing design with low particle emission, suitable for Class 100 cleanroom environment requirements.
5. Position-Force Closed-Loop Control
Built-in position-force dual closed-loop control algorithm, real-time adjustment of gripping parameters, ensuring gripping stability and consistency.
