Product Description

Industrial-grade electric servo parallel gripper, driven by a high-precision servo motor, integrated force control and position feedback, adjustable gripping force with fast response, supports multiple communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/EtherCAT, widely used in industrial automation picking and handling scenarios.

±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy, paired with a high-resolution encoder, meets ultra-precision assembly requirements in semiconductor, optics, and other fields.

2. High-Rigidity Guide Rail

Adopts high-precision crossed roller guide rails with strong rigidity and minimal clearance, ensuring long-term high-precision operation without degradation.

3. Sub-Newton Force Control

0.1N force control resolution, capable of gently gripping fragile workpieces such as chips and glass lenses, avoiding damage to precision components.

4. Cleanroom Compatibility

Special lubrication and sealing design with low particle emission, suitable for Class 100 cleanroom environment requirements.

5. Position-Force Closed-Loop Control

Built-in position-force dual closed-loop control algorithm, real-time adjustment of gripping parameters, ensuring gripping stability and consistency.

6. EtherCAT Bus

Supports EtherCAT real-time bus with cycle communication time down to 1ms, meeting high-speed and high-precision motion control requirements.
