Precautions
The surfaces of the transmitter and receiver plates must be free of metal objects during charging!
Indicator Lights:
Green flashing: Charging station main unit is normal and in standby mode.
Red flashing: Charging has started.
Red and green flashing simultaneously: Battery is full and in trickle charge.
Red and green flashing alternately: Fault detected; troubleshoot with buzzer alerts.
Buzzer Alerts:
One beep: Poor communication between charging station and AGV.
Two beeps: Charging current too high; transmitter plate near metal or receiver damaged.
Three beeps: Check that the distance between transmitter and receiver plates is too close.
Four beeps: Charging current too high; stop and restart. Check transmitter plate for metal objects.
