Fully Automatic Intelligent Wall Plastering Equipment: Mortar Scraping Robot

The plastering speed is fast, significantly shortening project timelines.

Using a plastering machine allows multiple craftsmen to work simultaneously without scaffolding, 

thereby saving costs associated with constructing support structures.

Compact and lightweight, the machine is easy to operate under normal conditions. 

It can plaster 400-600 square meters during an 8-hour workday.

Main Structure:

Features a main housing equipped with a control panel featuring a display 

screen. The panel includes various buttons for setting plastering 

parameters,controlling machine operations, and other functions. Four 

wheels with flanges are fitted for flexible movement across construction 

sites, adapting to different work locations.


Robotic Arm System:

The robotic arm features lifting capabilities, enabling coverage from ground

level to elevated wall surfaces,accommodating plastering requirements 

for walls of varying heights. The plastering device at the arm's end 

applies plastering materials evenly and utilizes its built-in leveling 

mechanism to ensure a smooth, even finish on wall surfaces.



Workflow:

The equipment can automatically complete the processes of conveying, 

applying, and leveling plastering materials through its built-in control 

system.Utilizing a liftable robotic arm structure, it can cover wall areas

from the ground up to a certain height,enabling automated wall 

plastering operations and reducing the labor intensity of manual 

plastering.


Supporting details:

The machine is equipped with multiple sensors to detect wall flatness,

plaster thickness, and other parameters,ensuring the quality 

of plastering operations.As shown in the accompanying 

diagram,during operation,specialized components secure the 

machine to the wall surface,guaranteeing stability throughout 

the process.
