Dough pressing: Three dough pressing rollers, automatic dough pressing by servo motor;
From thick to thin, the dumpling wrappers are made of
hand-rolled wrappers, which are tough and chewy.
Powdering: The automatic powdering device reduces viscosity and lowers the breakage rate
of the finished product.
Slicing: Automatic cutting of dough sheets, precise positioning, high yield rate, and no burrs.
Collection: After cutting the dough, the remaining dough is directly returned to the dough
hopper through the dough collection structure, which increases the
utilization rate of the dough. The dough is re-pressed for a better taste.
Filling: The filling is automatically filled by a piston-type servo motor,
with precise filling quantity. It is equipped with a cutting knife
to achieve the filling in one step, solving the problem of filling on
the edges of dumplings
Wrapping: The servo motor imitates manual wrapping, with adjustable
wrapping force, ensuring a tight fit without any leakage.
Forming: The servo motor shakes the dumplings to make them uniform
and plump, automatically forming.
