One of our clients previously relied heavily on manual dumpling production, which limited efficiency and kept labor costs high. As customer demand continued to grow, they turned to us for a solution.

We provided a customized commercial dumpling machine weighing 170.5 kg, capable of producing approximately 7,200 dumplings per hour. Operators simply load dough and filling into the machine, and the dumplings are automatically formed. The machine is not only easy to operate but also allows for different dumpling shapes by changing molds, while dough thickness and filling volume can be flexibly adjusted.

Constructed with food-grade stainless steel, the machine ensures hygiene and safety, and its design makes disassembly and cleaning convenient. Since its implementation, the client has significantly improved production efficiency, reduced labor costs, and achieved large-scale, standardized production, successfully expanding their market share.

A 220 kg Imitation Handmade Dumpling Making Machine with an output of 1,500 to 7,000 pieces per hour, featuring a compact structure, easy operation, and simple maintenance. It is suitable for restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and frozen food factories. By changing the forming molds, it can produce dumplings, triangular dumplings, and other varieties.

The machine is equipped with dual frequency converters, allowing flexible speed adjustment based on the amount of dough and filling. Dumpling wrappers are pressed through multiple rollers to a thickness of 0.8–1.2 mm, with water absorption up to 48%, ensuring the gluten remains intact. The result is a chewy texture comparable to handmade dumplings. It supports multiple specifications, including 6–8 g, 12–14 g, 15–16 g, 18–20 g, and 40–45 g wide dumplings.

Integrating wrapper pressing, tube forming, filling, and shaping into one system, the machine achieves fully automated production. Its compact structure is easy to clean, and excess dough sheets can be recycled. All food-contact components are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the conveyor belt is made of PU material, ensuring hygiene and safety. After implementation, the client significantly improved production efficiency, enriched their product line, and successfully expanded into new markets.
